Sports Hall of Fame Qualifications

Inductees are selected by the Board of Directors and must meet the following qualifications in order to be considered for the Evarts High School Sports Hall of Fame:

* have graduated a minimum of 5 years prior to induction ceremony
* have participated or lettered in a sport
* have completed a questionnaire

Remember, the Questionnaire must be turned in before July 1 of each year.
